Returns and Refunds

gfRETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied, all items purchased on our site can be returned up to 14 days from the date you received the package except for personalized items.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be in the same condition you received them in, in the original box with the original label. A return will be refused if there are visible signs of wear or if the item has been damaged in shipping.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

  1. Send us an email with your order number.
  2. Pack your items in the original packaging.
  3. Send your package to the following address.

We recommend that you use a courier that offers online tracking to return your purchase, items lost in the mail upon return cannot be refunded.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and checked, you will receive a confirmation email. Then the refund will be processed as soon as possible and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Only the purchase price of a returned item will be refunded. Any duties or taxes that have been paid, as well as the original shipping costs, will not be refunded.

EXCHANGE

We are unable to exchange the goods directly. If you decide you want a different item, you can place a new order. Once the original order is returned, we will process a refund. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
